Peek-A-Boo

| Environment Design |

“PeekaBoo” is a first person horror videogame created in six weeks by the Master 33 students at BigRock School.

I was in the Environment and Prop concept art department, where we visualized and devised the different rooms and interior design of the house, protagonist of the main action of the game. We also created isometric guides to help the level design for the video game department.

You are a little scout kid navigating a mysterious house with only his torch, hiding from a scary monster and the little girl who brought you there.

Made in Unreal Engine.

“The Dining Room”

This is the main environment study of the dining room of the house.

Its located on the 1st floor. The amount of dust and decay imply that it’s been long abandoned, and some mysterious scratches on the wall hint at the secret of this house’s terrible past.

Software: Photoshop

Isometric schemes of the different levels of the house and their corresponding color tests:

Painting based on an old personal family photo. This picture is meant to represent the family that inhabited the house before the tragedy occurred.

Technical detail: Digital Painting.

Software: Photoshop

You can find it in various frames inside the game ⤵
